By simply taking the pollycarb/glass out of your conservatory roof and using the excisting frame we can turn it into a usable room again as a much cheaper option.
Whether you are looking for a replacement or are planning a new build, you want the end result to be right for you. Our roof can be constructed in any of the typical conservatory shapes (Victorian, Edwardian, Lean-to, Gable, Combination), as shown below. Thanks to the flexibility offered by replacing your existing polycarbonate glass with OSB Board.
Also known as Georgian. A simple shape with a square or rectangular footprint.
Single pent roof, can be referred to as a sunroom. Offers clean lines.
Multi-faceted, with 3 or 5 sides. One of the most popular styles
Modern look with a high (gable) frontage, double pitch, often aligned with the house.
As per the lean-to, with additional side slopes to the side.
A bespoke shape unique to you, combining any of the above.
Our clad-over roof is the most popular choice to bring additional insulation, privacy and comfort to your conservatory. Making the most of the existing roof structure we remove all glass or polycarbonate and then strengthen the original beams with timber.
For the external of the conservatory we will lay 18mm OSB boards with a breathable membrane attached. Your choice of tiles are then placed on the boards, we have a wide range of tiles available to match the look of your home and enhance the overall appearance of the conservatory.
The internal of the new roof is insulated with high quality 50mm Kingspan insulation to maintain a comfortable temperature in your conservatory all year round. We fix the installation in with batons every 600mm to allow to allow new plasterboard to be fitted easily. It is at this point in the process any wiring is completed for your desired light fittings.
